Description
Recombinant protein rPhl p 6 is expressed in Escherichia coli.DNA sequence encoding 123 AAs was fused with Strep-tag at the N-terminus.A calculated molecular mass of recombinant protein is 13,2 kDa.

Recombinant proteinrPhl p 6 - 1 vial (0.1 mg), lyophilized.Reconstitute with sterile deionized water with or without azide.
Preparation
The protein was purified by ionex and affinity chromatography, using Strep-tag. Endotoxin was removed using a specific endotrap carrier. Product was lyophilized after purification.
Formulation
Lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution in Tris buffer (100 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8), preservative- and carrier-free.Purity > 95% (HPLC method).
Storage and handling
Store the lyophilized product in freezer(-20°C to -80°C).Shipping and short term storage (max. 1 month) is possible at room temperature. The expiration date of unopened product vial is indicated on the vial label.After reconstitution prepare suitable aliquots. Reconstituted product is stable for at least 6 months when stored in freezer(-20°C to -80°C).Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
