Description

The buffer is intended for use with Annexin V for detection of early apoptotic cells by flow cytometry.

Contents

Annexin V Binding Buffer (10×) - 1 vial (50 ml) of 10× concentrated solution. Dilute 10× in deionized water prior to use.

Preparation

Filter-sterilized solution.

Formulation

Solution containing 0.1M HEPES/NaOH, pH 7.4, 1.4M NaCl, 25mM CaCl₂.

Storage and handling

Store at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
