Description
Annexin V Dyomics 647 is intended for detection of early apoptotic cells by flow cytometry.
Contents
Annexin V Dyomics 647 - 1 vial (0.5 ml / 2.5 ml) of Ready-to-use solution. No reconstitution is necessary. Reagent is provided in stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15mM sodium azide. Sufficient for 100 / 500 tests.
Preparation
Bacterially expressed and fluorescently labelled annexin V was diluted in stabilizing buffer. The reagent is free of unconjugated fluorochrome.

Storage and handling
Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
Flow cytometry multicolor surface staining of camptothecin induced apoptotic Jurkat cells stained using Annexin V Dyomics 647 (5 μl reagent per million cells in 100 μl of cell suspension) and Hoechst 34580 viability stain.
