The 7-AAD (7-aminoactinomycin D) Staining Solution is intended to evaluate cell viability by flow cytometry.

Formulation

7-aminoactinomycin D (7-AAD) diluted in PBS (0.05 mg/ml) containing 15 mM sodium azide.

Storage and handling

Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
